MISSION STATEMENT
Neurospectrum Alliance LLC is a neurodiversity-affirming behavior health agency, designed to empower neurodivergent individuals, their families, and their community. It uses evidence-based practices to identify and address the individuals’ areas of need, while fortifying their areas of strength. This approach is designed to produce long-lasting, socially significant change, while enhancing one’s overall quality of life.
About Us
Neurospectrum Alliance LLC is owned, founded, and operated by Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Lourdes Elizabeth Norris, with over 12-years of experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field. Being late-diagnosed autistic, mother, godmother, aunt, and advocate for neurodivergent individuals, NeuroSpectrum Alliance LLC was developed as a way to bridge the gap between behavioral health and neurodiversity-affirming care.
Our Services
NeuroSpectrum Alliance LLC offers personalized behavioral health services to equip our clients and families with the necessary tools to meet their individualized needs (e.g., telehealth, in-home, and community-based settings). We collaborate across the individual’s multidisciplinary team (e.g., occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, etc.) to ensure we can offer the best comprehensive care possible.
